On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a free welcome drink upon arrival. the hotel's location is convenient, with a supermarket only a short walk away and the ADO bus station within a 15-minute walk. the rooftop jacuzzi was a standout feature, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. While the hotel does offer some luxury amenities, the lack of consistent housekeeping and maid service raises questions about the overall value for money. For travelers seeking a balance between luxury and affordability, Che Suites Tulum Adults Only may not be the best choice.
